I think listening to myself in every moment and asking why am I doing what I do makes me see if there is shame.
When I can stand behind a thought or action without looking for other answers, I can act without shame, too.
But the thing is that I need to be ready to be vulnerable.

Because your success is combination of what you invest and what you don't invest. For me this was a good insight, because
now I notice that I do not have to be great in everything, but rather really great at some things and a 'failure' in other things.
