I think loving starts by seeing things from the other persons viewpoint, and being
who you are with an open mind. How this book works for me, is to create positive
feeling about the things I want have and feel, and toward my thought to them.
This visualization and emotional refinement leads to actions toward what you
want. In this regard, love is kind of orientation, and indeed a skill to learn.
