Attack and protection merged into one,
Get rid of the thought of retreat –
Advance to protect the central line,

From small idea everything starts,
To get to the core is no piece of cake.

Breath is the basis of all exercises.
Block, turn, step – just catch the feeling
For every moment you have is unique
And only you create the meaning.

45 degrees - this is no joke;
The correct step improves sensitivity,
And having legs bent is no entertainment
But the beginning of true agility.

Losing breath, sweat tearing down –
Do not give in to the pressure of fear!
Insurmountable obstacles do not exist
If you listen to your heart’s cheers.

Thoughts are real, words embody
Wisdom, awareness and experience.
To be is to see and hear and feel
Here and now, no other tasks given.

So go towards your unique vocation –
No need to wait because dreams are stainless!
If what you are doing has a meaning,
You have all the power and force of the universe.

Actually, it's been long since I felt like writing anything at all... before I got here on the forum in particular. Now even poem-writing is possible for me - like in good old times but on a new level of understanding. Wing Chun can do wonderful things to people who are willing to give and accept!
